Gary Wichard, NFL Agent, Reportedly Tied to Former UNC Coach Financially

Veteran NFL agent Gary Wichard and former North Carolina assistant football coach John Blake have been involved in multiple financial transactions over the last three years. The information comes from a Yahoo! Sports investigation of the dealings between Wichard and Blake, and the findings were reported Wednesday.

Wichard denied any impropriety when interviewed by Yahoo!, but Charles Robinson notes in his story that Wichard also denies that Blake (pictured, right) has ever worked for Wichard's agency, Pro Tect Management.

The problem is that Blake is listed in a brochure as "vice president of football operations" for the agency. The brochure went on to describe Blake's duties.
