Eric Belanger Angry With Capitals Over Supposed Verbal Deal

As they try to build off a playoff appearance last year, the Coyotes have done a good job stocking their NHL roster with proven veterans.

Belanger has a chance to be a top-six center for Phoenix, but it's an opportunity that didn't present itself until recently. Belanger's agent claims there was a verbal agreement on a contract in Washington, but the Capitals didn't follow through on the deal.
