Filed under: JetsDarrelle Revis will not play in Miami on Sunday after injuring his hamstring during the Jets' Week 2 win over New England. Jets head coach Rex Ryan announced Wednesday that Revis is out for Week 3.
"He's itching to get back, but it's too risky of a proposition to put him out there," Ryan said.
Revis' absence will likely leave Antonio Cromartie to defend Brandon Marshall, the Dolphins No.1 receiver. In two games with Miami, Marshall has made 12 catches for 124 yards.
